Real training, built around your family.
Whether your dog already struggles with pulling, jumping, anxiety, or reactivity, or you just want to have the best dog on the block, generic advice rarely gets you there. Every dog benefits from a plan built around who they are as an individual. That's what we do here at Wagging Bond, and here's how it works.
Book Your ConsultationThe process
How it works.
Start with a free in-home consultation. We come to you, meet your family, and get to know your whole dog: their instincts, environment, history, and personality. We talk through what makes your dog's breed unique, plus how they're wired to find fulfillment. You'll come away with a clear read on what's really going on and where to focus first.
We build your custom plan. Based on the consult, we shape a plan around what your family wants to accomplish, drawing from our different service offerings to get you there. Whether that's hands-on coaching so you can train your dog yourself, dedicated sessions where we work with your dog directly, or a blend of both, you'll see the full plan before anything moves forward.
We work the plan, together. From there it's steady, consistent training, with us adjusting as your dog changes, until the hard parts are behind you and your dog is simply your family's best friend.
Services List
What we help with.
From everyday manners to deeper behavioral work, here's what we help families with, often several services at once.
Building good habits early
A solid foundation of manners and clear communication for a young or newly adopted dog, so the hard behaviors never get a chance to take hold.
Leash manners
Loose leash, clear focus, and a dog who's genuinely with you. A calm, connected walk your dog finds genuinely fulfilling, and that you both look forward to.
Basic obedience
Sit, down, stay, place, off, and reliable recall, the everyday cues that make life together better.
Jumping and door manners
Greetings with four paws on the floor, for guests and for you.
Separation anxiety
Helping your dog learn to be calm and confident alone, so being apart stops being stressful for both of you.
Resource guarding
Replacing the need to guard food, toys, or space with calm and trust, so everyone in the home feels at ease.
Anxiety and fearfulness
Trading fear and worry for a sense of safety and understanding, so an anxious dog can finally relax.
Reactivity
Working through the barking, lunging, and big reactions to other dogs, people, or triggers, resolving what's driving it at the root.
Welcoming a new dog home
Smoothing the introductions and early routines when a new dog joins the family.
Pre-Adoption Evaluation
A clear-eyed look at the dog you're considering, so you can welcome home one who's right for your family and your life.
Rescue dog rehabilitation
For rescues with a dog who needs extra help, we step in to support their rehabilitation and get them ready for adoption.
Commercial kennel coverage
Dependable cover when you're short a set of hands. We take on the feeding, cleaning, and day-to-day care that keeps your animals healthy and your routine on track.
Something else?
Every dog is different, and not everything fits a list. If your situation is unique, tell us about it and we'll take it from there. From providing an extra pair of skilled hands to reactive dog transport, we're here to help.
Due to insurance restrictions, we're unable to work with dogs that have a human bite history.
Puppies
Bringing home a puppy?
Puppies are a big deal, and worth getting right, so we gave them a page of their own. Those early weeks and months come with critical developmental windows, and shaping a young puppy through them takes a different approach than training a dog who's already grown. We'd love to help you start them off right.

Straightforward pricing.
Pricing shouldn't be a mystery. Figuring out what a trainer charges is often frustratingly hard, so we list it plainly. Every dog needs a different number of sessions, so we price by the session and shape the work around your goals. Here's what each piece costs.

A note on packages
Why we don't list package prices here.
We want to be as upfront as possible, and you can see every per-session rate above. What we can't do honestly is put a package price on a dog we haven't met. Every situation is unique, and some dogs simply need more work than others. Give us the chance to meet your family and your dog, and we'll give you a real estimate of what it will take to reach your training goals.
