These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at waggingbond.com (the "Site"), operated by Wagging Bond LLC ("Wagging Bond," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Wagging Bond's dog training and behavior services, free educational resources such as breed guides, blog content, and a way to contact us or request a consultation. The Site is for general informational purposes.

Content on the Site, including breed guides and blog posts, is general educational information. It is not a substitute for a personalized training plan, and it is not veterinary or medical advice. Every dog is different. For guidance specific to your dog, book a consultation. For medical concerns, consult a licensed veterinarian.

Booking or receiving training is not covered by these Terms. Our services, including scheduling, pricing, payment, cancellation, and the responsibilities of each party, are governed by a separate service agreement provided when you become a client. Using this Site does not create a training relationship and does not waive or alter any terms of that separate agreement.

The Site and its content, including text, breed guides, blog posts, the Wagging Bond name, logo, and tagline "Rediscover your best friend," are owned by Wagging Bond LLC or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download our free resources for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Submit false information through our forms.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact information from the Site.

If you request a breed guide, you agree we may email you as described in our Privacy Policy, including occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. If you provide your phone number and agree at submission, you also agree we may contact you by call or text about your inquiry, and you can opt out of texts at any time.

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Following those links is at your own risk.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the Site and its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagging Bond LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This section concerns the Site only. Any matters relating to training services are governed by the separate service agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
